Wellbeing West London is a directory of services and organisations across Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow which help to support wellbeing. It focuses primarily on support for adults (18+).

f you, or someone you know, is in an emergency situation and require immediate assistance please call Emergency Services on 999.  

If you, or someone you know, requires support with their mental health, please call the West London NHS Trust Single Point of Access on 0800 328 4444. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

Samaritans also offer emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide. You can call them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year on 116 123.  

If you feel you are nearing crisis point you can contact HFEH Mind’s out of hours Safe Space for support from 5pm-10.30pm, 365 days a year:

While some of the services listed on Wellbeing West London provide support for children and young people, the majority are for adults (18+). If you are looking for services to support children, young people and parents, please visit Best For You.

You cannot make referrals through the directory. Please use each service’s contact information to find out how you can refer into the service. 

If you are looking to access services or refer users to services, logging in will allow you to create your own personal favourites list of relevant services.

If you run a service and have claimed your listing, logging in will allow you to update your service’s details on the directory when needed. 

Many of the services listed on Wellbeing West London are open to all – please see the ‘who can access it’ information on each service’s listing.

We do not deal with complaints for services. Please contact the service directly for their complaint process.

If you run a service which supports adults’ wellbeing in Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing or Hounslow, you are very welcome to create a listing on Wellbeing West London. Please click on the ‘Add Service’ button in the top menu – you will then be able to create an account and submit your service listing for approval.

Available 24/7 it offers support to Hounslow citizens across many subjects including adult social care, housing, money management, employment, education, leisure, health and wellbeing.
