Cape accepts referrals through MINT, for people who are diagnosed with complex mental health diagnoses.

Cape offers psychological strengths-based support, therapy, therapeutic groups, community wellbeing events.

Cape offers 2 rooms on the ground for 1-2-1 sessions, and all groups take place in the group room on the ground floor. There is an accessible toilet, and the kitchen has a ramp.
