CASCAIDr (Centre for Adults’ Social Care – Advice Information and Dispute Resolution)

Description

Specialist legal advice about adult social services difficulties regarding assessment eligibility or care planning or delay issues.

Online service only other than by way of reasonable adjustment.

Free 3 hours maximum, and then other options depending on the merits/strength of the legal issue.

Training and talks for peer support / family carer group

Who can access it

Anyone over 16 years of age with a social services difficulty

Age Group

  • 18+
  • 16-25

Building accessibility

Must be able to access our service online with any help available to the person, or make a booking for a phone call citing the relevant disability or condition preventing online access
