Advisers are trained to explore problems holistically and provide general advice on a range of issues, such as welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, family, immigration and consumer issues. They can guide you and support you to take action and tackle the problem yourself by empowering you with the knowledge you need. They can also investigate your problem if required and make calls, access online services and write letters on your behalf, if you are unable to do so yourself.
