The Hounslow Wellbeing Network is a social network that connects people, organisations and services to help reduce stigma and mental illness. It welcomes those who are experiencing difficult times and those on a journey of personal recovery. Its aim is to combat social isolation, loneliness, depression and anxiety and improve the health and wellbeing of local residents.
It is a social network, co-produced and co-designed by Hounslow residents, and is made up of local people, friends, families, carers and professionals living and working in the borough.
The Wellbeing Network offers information and resources on local events and support networks, as well as providing places and ways for people to connect and get involved in their local community to improve their mental and physical wellbeing. Activities include social network meetings, individual meetings with a wellbeing partner, local outings and a range of groups for your wellbeing and support. Please see its website for details of upcoming activities.
