MindFood is an Ealing-based charity supporting people with depression, anxiety and stress to improve their wellbeing through gardening, mindfulness and creativity. Its courses are designed to be a fun balance of learning how to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables, whilst becoming more mindful of ways to improve wellbeing. Nature-based art and craft courses are also available.
Courses are offered six days a week at green sites in Ealing. A MindFood at Home course (emails and phone support) is also available for those who are not able to visit in person.
