Multisport and Wellbeing is FREE session for Adults (18+) with Disabilities. This session is designed to help improve physical and mental fitness. Once every 8 weeks we will be delivering a 30-minute Wellbeing Workshop, aiming to help improve participants mental wellbeing. Sessions are every Tuesday 10.00-11.00 at Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub, Sports Hall.
