Sexual Health Hounslow (SHH) offers a range of services across three sites in Isleworth, Hounslow and Feltham. Same day appointments for:
- Symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection—e.g. pain when urinating, genital pain, blisters/sores/rash in genital area, unusual bleeding or discharge
- Sexual contact of someone diagnosed with a sexually transmitted infection
Emergency appointments and for those under 18 years old:
- Emergency contraception—needs to be started within 5 days of unprotected sex
- Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP)—needs to be started within 72 hours of exposure
- Sexual assault within the last 7 days
- Under 18 years old
- Care experienced (Topaz)
Routine appointments can be booked either on the phone or online:
- Treatment for a diagnosed sexually transmitted infection
- Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)—start or repeat
- Contraception—start or repeat (including implants and IUD/IUS fitting or removal)
- Follow-up with doctor or nurse
- Health adviser advice or information
- Sexual health testing without symptoms (sexual health screen)
