IWA Southall

Description

We are a not for proft organisation working with communities on addressing health inequalities, we run and offer well being classes on stress, anxietry and sleep disorders. In addition we have a health focus on helping people manage their long term conditions from Diabetes, Asthma, Blood pressure, Cardiac health.  We also run vaccination take up campaigns.

 Any member of the community from Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon
